Featured Space: The New Jack London Square
The $375 million redevelopment project comprises over 2,000 lineal feet along the water, totaling over one million square feet of commercial space—and adding significant new space for retail, offices, and restaurants.

The centerpiece is Jack London Market, housed in a dramatic building with breathtaking water views from every angle. The six-story building adds 72,000 square feet of retail space and nearly 100,000 square feet of office space to the Square. The first-floor market will offer an array of fresh produce and wholesome food products that are locally grown, harvested, and prepared. The second floor will feature cafes, restaurants, and culinary shops. A portion of the third floor will include a cooking school. The top four floors will incorporate Class A office space with dramatic views and high-efficiency floorplates.

The project also includes renovation of the existing 145-room Waterfront Plaza hotel, partnering with renowned boutique hotelier, Joie de Vivre; and a new 250-room luxury hotel and spa with 12,000 square feet of conference space. More than 1,600 parking spaces are being added in anticipation of increased activity at the Square.
