Have you made provisions for additional on-site Security and/or Police?
Additional Security and/or Police may be necessary dependent on the event. Also, you will be required to utilize Jack London Square’s approved security vendor (Securitas). You will be responsible for scheduling and remitting payment to vendor.

If the event is granted, a Temporary License Agreement will be issued to the organization and/or applicant responsible for conducting the event. Standard fees will apply.

Submission of this Special Events Application does not grant an event at Jack London Square. This Application is for review purposes only. If this Application is accepted a Special Events License Agreement will need to be executed between all parties. The Special Events License Agreement includes but is not limited to fees, permits, marketing related items (use of Jack London Square logo, event announcements, etc.), certificate of insurance, rules and regulations.
Consumption/serving/sale/offering of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages and/or food products in the common areas of Jack London Square is prohibited.
If this Application is being made in the name of an organization or group, I represent that I am authorized to make this application in the name of the organization or group.
