In between: an 8-minute AMRAP, a 1.76-mile run across Oakland, and a 10-minute max deadlift — on one 35-minute clock that never stops.And somewhere in the middle, you're carrying a 45 and two 25 lb plates through Jack London Square.Read that twice: you do not finish where you start. Last 2 minutes are dumbbell shoulder-to-overhead, one partner at a time — and every switch costs you a burpee.Scored on total reps.Men's: 20 lb wall ball to 10 ft · 50 lb DB · 24" boxWomen's: 14 lb wall ball to 9 ft · 35 lb DB · 20" box2 · RUN AND CARRY — 1.76 milesOut the door, down Harrison, Grand and Broadway. Pick up your plates at the Jack London arches and carry them the rest of the way.Scored on time.3 · DEADLIFT — 10 minutes at Oakland StrongEmpty 20 kg bar to a max. One person lifts at a time. Everything on the platform is metric — 20 kg bar, kilo plates, and your lift is recorded in kilos.Scored on both partners' best singles, added.SCORINGFour categories. Ranked in each, 1 point for 1st. Lowest total wins.Reps · Run time · Combined deadlift · Combined ageYes, age is a full category — worth as much as the deadlift. The oldest pair in the field wins it outright. Bring your dad. Two-person teams, men's or women's, registered separately. 12 teams per division.Non-Binary or GNC athletes may compete under whichever division they most closely identify with.Check-in 8:00 AM at Pacific Strength — both partners.
